Rewriting the Career Narrative for Midlife Women

While navigating her own midlife career transition, Kim Keating recognized the glaring gap hiding in plain sight: women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s—despite their talent, experience, and education—were too often overlooked or missing from the workforce. This was especially true for women who had paused or shifted their careers to care for children, aging parents, or manage major life transitions.

Welcome to The Fifty Factor.

Kim founded The Fifty Factor for midlife professional women who are ready to reignite careers, fast-track to leadership roles, return to work after a career break, pivot, or launch second-act ventures—through workshopping, mentorship, professional development, and game-changing networking experiences with employers and midlife women alike.

Backed by Experience.

Kim started her B2B marketing and sales career at NIA/MMA, one of the world’s largest commercial insurance and financial services brokers. She excels at growing untapped markets, repositioning brands, and driving business results for B2B clients (i.e., banking, finance, accounting, law, commercial insurance). As Head of Sales & Marketing at ZAGO Manufacturing she helped double revenue and expand global sales.
